Digital Pen Technology. The Ultimate Vehicle Health Check Imagine that every time a Digital Vehicle Health Check (DVHC) is completed within a workshop/service department, all the information on that DVHC is instantly available on a computer - without using a PDA or any other expensive equipment, just a DVHC form and a pen. It is not necessary to re-key in any information into the computer from the DVHC - all the data and information is instantly available. Aftersales staff are able to print a customer copy, quotation for additional work, record and contact the customer on the correct date for any future servicing, MOT or follow-up repair work identified from the DVHC. |
